At Calme, our photographer has great interest in watch. Not just any watch, but Casio, the unbeatable digital watch.
Casio has long history making watch. They solely focus on create the most practical watches, which tell time quick and precise. You buy your first casio in your childhood, and it could last till your first born say hello to the world.
And it didnt seem impressive enough, Casio created their top tier watch: The MR-G. Introducing the first of their Top Tier watch: Casio MR-G 100.
The watch was created with complicatied shock-absorbtion mechanism, inside stainless steel body. Holding it in your hand you’ll feel the weight and indestructibleness feeling.
Yes, this is 1996 model, and it’s still running non stop these days. It’s just shy 30 year old watch.
Everything functions like the first day.
The watch is impressive. Now photographs have to show it.
To really show the curve and the face dial of the watch, you have to light it carefully. Quick way to light could be a big soft light, but it could eliminate all the texture and shadow which create the depth and watch feature. You also have to do stacking multiple photos to get the whole watch in focus.
We also have to light stack multiple photos too.
Not an easy task. You have to do it slow and accurate. 1mm of movement and you have to start all over again.
Still, we got it. Our photographer finally made it.
