Corprate Portrait: Frasers Property Manager
After 40 years since Doi Moi, industrial land in Viet Nam has expanded from 335 hectares to nearly 150,000 hectares in 2024. This growth rate continues to reach higher number in the future, due to Viet Nam policy and the trade war between China and US.
Many real estate companies join this lucrative market recently. Frasers property, a big name in the industry, is no different. They soon develop their own industrial park in Binh Duong, one of the most indutrial area in Viet Nam.
The CEO magazine assigned us for this corporate editorial, to photograph Fraser’s General manager. Usually, this one is done in the office. This time, we travel to their industrial park.

From the city center to Fraser’s industrial Park, it took us about 2.5 hour travel. On location photoshoot is fun, but travelling maybe not that much. Our team arrived early and did scouting, preparing for the photoshoot. We didnt have chance to do scouting prior, so we choose to arrive early. On-location photoshoot always needs pre-planning, especially corporate portrait editorial like this. You dont want to be late when you photograph a VIP.
Mr. Chong Chee Keong, Fraser General manger of Industrial, is a lovely man. He always smiles, and easy on photo team. He really support us, and we appreciate that support a lot.

We try to finish the photoshoot quick, since he has to meet his client and do his business in area. Weather is not so easy on us, with rain and harsh sun intermitten. Still, we have both indoor and outdoor location to switch between.

When going outdoor, and the sun comes out, we have to find a solution to cut the sun on Mr Chong’s face. Tropical sun is not easy on people face, especially when it shines directly on the face. A flag is raised, and additional light is on. All good on him.

We’re deeply thankful for the opportunity. A lot of works has put into this corporate portrait editorial, and everything goes as planned. Viva on location shooting!
