Corporate photography: a day in Huyndai shipyard
HD Huyndai Shipbuilding company is a joint stock company between HD Huyndai Mipo (HMD) and Viet Nam Ship building Industry company (SBIC), a national shipbuilding company of Viet Nam. This is one of the biggest ship building company in South East Asia.
Recently we had a chance to capture some activity in Huyndai shipyard. Our goal is to capture every day activity at the shipyard and portrait of workers overthere, in a corporate photography style. The scene is dominated with big ship and crane, surrounded by sea and moutain. It was quite amazing we must say.
The place is so big and full of imersive equipment. When you make big ships, you need big tools. You’ll see tall cranes everywhere, and huge steel plate all around. Workers are tiny comparing to the ship they make.
To show this big scale, our photographer mostly lives on wide angle to capture everything
It needs two man to undock the rope. Here everything is big, except people who work here. Everything has to follow safety protocol. otherwise, it’s fatal.
Yet you can tell people enjoy working here.
We have a good time doing corporate photography with lovely and supportive people. It’s our pleasure to capture people and scenery at the shipyard.
